Terms & Conditions for Tour Package Purchase
- Full payment is required at the time of booking or according to the provided payment schedule.
- A non-refundable deposit may be necessary to secure your booking.
- Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other specified methods.
- Your booking is confirmed only after full payment or deposit is received, along with a confirmation email from the tour operator.
- Failure to complete payment within the specified period may result in booking cancellation.
- Cancellation Policy:
- More than 30 days before departure: Refund minus the deposit.
- 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
- Changes to the booking (dates, number of travelers, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
- Travelers must have travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and trip interruptions.
- The tour operator is not liable for any claims arising from incidents not covered by travel insurance.
- The package includes only the services explicitly listed in the summary.
- Exclusions may include personal expenses, visa fees, and additional excursions. The tour operator is not responsible for any delays, injuries, accidents, or losses during the trip due to third-party services (hotels, airlines, etc.).

- Travelers must comply with local laws and customs of the destination.
- The tour operator is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes in the itinerary due to natural disasters, war, strikes, or other unforeseeable events.
- Travelers must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or special needs.
- The tour operator reserves the right to deny participation to any traveler deemed unfit for the tour due to health reasons.
- Personal data collected during booking will be used only for the purpose of the tour and will be protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Any changes to a confirmed booking, such as the applicant’s name, nationality, citizenship, passport number, date of birth, or passport expiration date, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
